Technical questions
Question: My game seems to run slow?Answer 1: You may benefit from reducing the quality of the game. This can be done inside the game by clicking the 'Menu'.
Answer 2: You may be running too many programs simultaneous to Global Conflicts: Palestine (they can be active in the background even if you can't see them while playing). You can greatly increase the speed by closing all other programs down.
Answer 3: You may need to upgrade your hardware. Usually upgrading your RAM memory to 1024 Mb is sufficient.
Question: I get a black screen when I start the game.
Answer: Please update the drivers for your graphics cards to the most recent (
see troubleshooting guide).
Question: I have pixel errors on my screen or strange colors Answer: Please update the drivers for your graphics cards to the most recent (
see troubleshooting guide).
Question: The game doesnt' start.
Answer: You should make sure that the names used in the path for the game does not contain international characters. They are usually found in non-English languages like Danish, German and Russian. So for example /übercool/games/Palestine won't work - if you use the standard conventions we suggest for the game you should be fine.
