Return policy

According to Danish law you can return our products up to 14 days after arrival. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered. For computer games this means that the wrapping must be intact. When you use your right to return you will bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.

We will repay your money when we have received the product and found it in to be in the same condition as delivered. If the product is not in same condition as described below we will NOT refund the money or the product.

When returning the product please inform us of your account number (IBAN). We need these information to provide your refund. We will try to repay your money within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refund claim

After Danish law you can make a refund claim within 24 months after buying the product. You must have your receipt for us to process such claim. Your use must still comply with the license set down for using the product.

You can as consumer demand a new product, the repairment of the product or to get your money back.
